Eric: Hello , last Monday I bought a tablet. And the integrated speakers don't work.

Cesc: Ok, wich model is?

Eric: It's a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6.

Cesc: In this model of tablet the speakers usually doesn't work.

Eric: What I will do?

Cesc: We send a deliveryman to take the tablet and then we will repair it.

Eric: Ok, how much it costs?

Cresc: The product is under warranty, have you got the receipt.

Eric: Yes, thank you for your attemption.

Cesc: Ok, no problem we will send the deliveryman the next day at 10:00 p.m.

Eric: Thank you.

Asking to wait. - Demanar que s'esperi.

Hold the line , please. - Manteneixte en linia siusplau.

Just a moment , please. - Esperat un moment siusplau.

Asking for personal details. - Demanar dades personals.

Can I have your name? - Hem pots dir el teu nom?

Can I have your address? - Hem pots dir la teva adreça?

Asking for information. - Demanar informació.

What seems to be the problem? - Quin creus que pot ser el problema?

Complaining. - Queixa.

I'm afraid it doesn't work properly. -  Hem temo que no funciona bé.

I guess the product is faulty.  - Crec que el producte és defectuos.

I' d like to change/return the item. - Voldria un canvi.

I' d like to have a returnd. - Magradaria fer una devolució.

Apologizing. - Disculpa. 

I'm sorry to hear that. - Hem sap greu sentir això. 

Sorry , but that's our return policy. - Ho sento però aquesta és la nostra politica de devolució.
